Got more energy with these
These are great. The flavor is not strong or over the top at all. Its also not so faint you wont taste anything. Its just right and I feel I have more energy with these. Not sure about appetite control, but with the increased energy, I’m moving more and not sitting and looking for a snack. They are a little on the expensive side, but I feel they work for me. I have gotten these twice already and will reorder when I run out.

I think this item so far is ok I have not used it long enough to know only a few days so will see but so far, its good and flavor is delicious, and I do have more energy and eat better along with exercise to obtain ultimatum results.

These are delicious. That’s why I get them. They don’t give me much energy, but nothing with caffeine gives me much anyways. They are correct when they say they don’t give your jitters or crashes like other things with caffeine can so I like that as well. They don’t make you skinny lol, but I’m sure they can help if you are eating very healthy and working out as well. Like I said they taste so good, might be too sweet for some. I get the berry kind, never tried the other flavors. Just wish they were cheaper. They were cheaper back in the day, so I wait until they go on sale. Spending $29.99 on them seams ridiculous, but if I have to spend that much I will bc I drink them one a day.

First off, the taste is great. It does work in helping curb cravings however it gives me major headaches and super jittery and unable to settle down at night. I tried doing half a dosage a day and it was less jittery but still got them and headaches.
