As a mother of 5 sports kids, I have tried every powder and drink with electrolytes. Eventually, they got tired of the flavors or started crushing rapidly. Can’t do without them
my husband and I both use this product. I suffer with a lot of cramps from I’m assuming loss of salt. But when I take this product regularly, the cramps are so much less intense and do not come as often. The only thing I don’t enjoy is that you have to take three of the capsules every day I just wish you could take one and be done with it.

I’m not on keto but I’ve compared a lot of different electrolyte pills and this one is I feel one of the best “bang for your buck” pills you can find. You’re getting a lot per pill, both in mg quantity of electrolyte and number of different ingredients (not just multiple different electrolytes but also vitamins and CoQ10). Plus a “serving” is only 2 pills unlike some other brands which make you take 3 or even 4, which if you’re like me you don’t want to be choking down a bunch of big pills every morning.

I’m always on the run so this keto electrolyte supplement suits me perfectly. I’ve made a research before buying anything and I can clearly say that this is the most complex Keto supplement I’ve read about. I love the fact that they sustain the traceability of the ingredients and that this formula has 150mg of Magnesium, more than a standard electrolyte supplement. Also the formula is very interesting, because they combine electrolytes and trace minerals with probiotics -for digestion and regularity and mct powder as a support for ketosis. I plan to use them continuously!
