Good shake at a good price!
Been buying the brand that Nutrisystem sells for almost three times the price, so decided to find a more economical replacement and came across this product. Just like the Nutrisystem shake I add a few equal packets to it for taste and surprisingly it is actually very good! Only drawback on this one is it does not seem to mix with the water perfectly. For the price and taste it is definitely worth dealing with that aspect of it….

Easy way to stay in the keto diet when you’re on the go or have dental issues
I’m in a wheelchair and I’ve had trouble losing weight for years until a friend of mine recommended the keto, her family did it and they both lost weight diets have always been a problem for me because generally it’s recommended to do a lot of exercise by the keto diet exercise is helpful, but you can still lose weight, apparently because I lost 50 pounds and like two months. However, recently I had to have some dental work done and they shakes the meal shakes are allowing me to stick to the diet for the most part I pick this particular brand because it had the most reviews that said the taste was, not chalky, and the reviews are correct. Taste is not chalky. However, I have discovered that while the taste is not chalky. Personally make mine with milk as I’ve always been a fan of creamier drinks for me that the no one didn’t taste bad or chalky. However, I don’t think it has enough of the vanilla flavor. It’s more like its flavor-less at least to me. Somebody else may not have that problem. However, I couldn’t really taste a vanilla flavor so even though it’s not strictly keto I added a handful strawberries to it in the blender and that was excellent. It was like a strawberry milkshake. I also ordered the chocolate flavor as well. I think it is excellent. I personally even though it may not be strict keto. I also ordered the sugar-free peanut butter powder from better body foods and I had a few skip to that the chocolate and it’s like drinking a liquid receipt Without the sugar or too many calories. I think the keto meal shake is excellent

Inexpensive fat/protein combo, can add sugar if needed
Inexpensive, something I can eat given a capsicum food allergy, not the same food as everything else, quick and easy, tasty, but does not completely mix. Powder stays powder and floats on top. You need a shaker to use this, it really doesn’t work well with a spoon. I like the way my body feels and my energy levels when I add a bit of coffee syrup (Torani or another brand or chocolate). It is a meal substitute with fat and protein for me. I am type two diabetic but not insulin dependent and I have convulsive seizures that are not epilepsy. I have been recommended a relatively speaking higher fat and protein, lower carb, diet in the past, but what kind of crazy person buys meat for dinner every day?

Vanilla.. Not Good
I’ve only gotta give this three stars. I would only give it one star; but I know taste is personal preference. But to me, the vanilla is horrible and it actually has no taste. The chocolate was better, but this vanilla one??? NOT.. In fact, it was so disgusting. I added Hershey syrup to it just to try to get to taste decent and that defeated the purpose of keto drink. But even with the chocolate, it was horrible and I had to pour it out.

I love this product. It taste great & keeps me full. I am on keto currently and this is def a game changer. Just 2 scoops w vanilla almond milk in a Shaker cup (10 oz) once a day for me w a meal is only 8 net carbs. I highly recommend!!
