So Delicious, Filling, Feel Good
I’m on a low carb diet and I intermittent fast about 20 (or more sometimes) hours per day as well. I was searching around for electrolytes and vitamin C with zero calories no carbs, no erythritol and only sweetened with Stevia (because it does not break a fast or affect blood sugar.) for when I fast and want to cave and eat before the fast ended.This brand checked all my boxes. I ordered this kind for a boost of vitamin C as well because it really helps me to not get colds or flu (I rarely get sick because I always take my vitamin C) The green apple is SOOOOOO delicious! Not too sour either and not too sweet! Just right in my opinion and it’s so good!Of course I started getting obsessed and ordered almost every kind and flavor this company has, and I love them all. The antioxidant ones are also all fantastic, and the taste is just fresh and refreshing!I gave my mom a sample pack of every flavor and she dislikes stevia (thinks it’s bitter) but even she loved these and drinks them daily. We go on diets together so this has helped us both lose weight, feel good/healthy and is very satisfying and satiated between meals or while fasting. I just love their product and will always try them! I always feel I get extra hydration with the electrolytes and especially on hot days working outside doing yard work or weeding it’s a Godsend! Highly recommend

Great electrolyte boost for keto diets.
If you are following a keto diet and need to add electrolytes to water for exercise this is the way to do it and the flavors taste great. The package could be a little easier to open, the tear line gets stuck in the middle of the package, but it’s worth it. I use them almost every day.

At first I didn’t like it. There was a strong green aftertaste when added to 12 oz of water. I started adding it to 4 oz of water and it’s not bad. You don’t taste as much of the green flavor with less water. Pineapple is the best flavor.

I go off and on keto so often it’s kind of insane.But it’s what works for me best.I try and do it as healthy as possible/not fall into some of the “eat all the fat you want” traps that can happen. Not saying i don’t sometimes wake up surrounded by pepperoni and string cheese wrappers…I’m just saying I try. What human can turn down steak dipped in garlic butter? Humans with stronger will then me.Anyway, these have become a staple of my keto jaunts. As you can see in the picture, I use a variety of products. This is what I keep in the office. I keep a similar cache at home.A problem I’ve always had on keto is loss of electrolytes. I tend to drink a gallon+ of water daily (on top of coffee and whatever else) so my system gets flushed. Most keto practitioners tend to not get enough electrolytes to begin with. One of these powder vials mixed with cold water a day and I can notice a difference. Prior to investing in these and I was getting headaches (which is rare for me) as well as some…unfortunate stomach issues. These cleared it up. NO keto flu. Worth their weight in gold right there.Oh, and taste wise I enjoy them quite a bit. Kind of has a coconut water taste to them if that makes sense. Very light and refreshing. Would drink even if not for the electrolyte refuel. 8.5 out of 10 (only because I think they are a LITTLE on the expensive side [but still worth it])
