Recommend for the flavor
The flavor is good. I expect the flavor is either sour or bitter, but it’s a pleasantly salty tangy flavor. Also the dose is small enough so it didn’t upset my stomach. My hunger and appetite did cease after taking it. I don’t know whether it helps for weight loss since I have my diet meal and routine exercise but I did lose weight steadily after a week. I have been using it for a month. The result is good.
