The results are in. It works!
I increased my intake from 4,000 to 6,000 IU about 5-1/2 months ago after finding a rule of thumb that the body needs 2,000 IU per 50 pounds of body weight. I weigh 170. Per last week’s blood work my vitamin D serum level (25-hydroxy) is 97.7 mg/dl which is at the high end of the normal range. I take it with meals along with 300 mcg daily of vitamin K2 to keep calcium in teeth and bones where it belongs.This product is like sunshine in a bottle. Small, easily swallowed, no aftertaste, and big results for not much money.

I was hesitant of purchasing the large quantity, considering I take only one a day. There’s not much to say…. a pill is a pill. I did not have any issues with the pills staying fresh or dissolving or sticking together over time. They have maintained and improved my Vitamin D levels and made my physician very happy.
