Dispenser stopped working halfway thru bottle (REVIEW UPDATED 1/15/2024)
Not impressed. I was excited to get this and see if the reviews matched my own experience. This *IS* a nice moisturizer– that much is true. But I didn’t notice even a hint of difference in my skin condition from a tightness or firmness perspective. (I’m 49, so maybe it’s just too late for me. IDK.) Beyond that, the product container is awful. I am barely halfway through the container and it will no longer dispense the moisturizer. The container is not clogged– it just stopped working. And as a special bonus– there is no real way to open the container to use the contents inside unless I get out a saw and literally saw the container open. NOT OPTIMAL. Will not purchase again!REVIEW UPDATE 1/15/2024: Adjusting my initial two-star review to instead reflect five starts based upon the excellent customer service I have received following my initial review. On multiple occasions, representatives of this company have reached out to me to see how they could improve my experience and make it right, even offering to provide a full refund for the product I purchased more than a year ago at this point. I even received a personal letter from the dedicated customer support person reiterating the offer of a full refund, which I sincerely appreciate. While the pump dispenser for this cream did indeed fail, I was eventually able to open the container and use the product inside in its entirety. For this reason, it would be great if the company simply adjusted the container to be the twist-off type versus the pump-type. At any rate, this is a nice cream. Because the skin on my neck has already significantly aged and is sagging, it would be unrealistic for me to expect any dramatic changes with its use. BUT– at age 50, I am still getting compliments on my skin, and I like that this cream is thick, rich, unscented and non-greasy. It’s a great, nice quality night cream and its effects last well into the next morning. I change my review to say that I WOULD order this again despite the container it comes in.

Amazing!
I have been using this cream 2x a day for 2 weeks and the results are fantastic! I tried several other products (one expensive one) a few weeks prior to finding this and nothing seemed to really smooth out my skin and give it a tighter appearance. After 1 week, the wrinkles on my neck were smoother and at the 2 week point, my neck looks so much better. No more saggy neck and the wrinkles are gone. I have had sun damage on my neck for awhile and now I’m even starting to see improvement with that. I can’t wait to see how it is after a month. It is creamy and absorbs well and smells nice. My skin is super sensitive and I have had no issues with this cream at all. I look forward to using it every morning and night! the ingredient list is wonderful! I truly am amazed by this product and I hope to try their other products soon.

The cream works great, but…
Ok, so initially I gave it 5 starts because it works really well. I’m 35, I’ve started noticing some sagging in the neck area. I was using, before this one, a product that was 3 times more expensive and worked well. But not better. It absorbs quickly, it gives nice results, it can be used for both, face and neck, so what’s wrong? A packaging. I didn’t have the problem with blocked or clogged dispenser, but after I’d reached the bottom, I’ve decided to open the jar to see, if the airless mechanism worked well. And it didn’t. There are like a good 10 grams of the product stuck in the lid that I could use for like a week more or so. And the reason I’m choosing airless packaging is to not have to deal with this kind of issues. So, summarizing, great, affordable cream, leaves much to be desired jar.

This actually works for Tech Neck
I rarely write a review on anything. Since we have different experiences and expectations. I bought this neck cream since I basically have tech neck. Lines on my neck for looking at a computer or phone too long.So I bought this product not expecting much and after about 2-3 weeks my neck lines are significantly reduced. I use it in the morning and night before I go to bed and so far it is working.I bought a product before that came in a little round disc like a lip balm and it did nothing. So I am pleased to say it is worth a try as a 57 year old man.

PURCHASED MAY 2024 – – Retinol Cream, Retinol Face Moisturizer, Anti Wrinkle Cream For Face, Neck Firming, Retinol Eye Cream, Face Cream Anti Aging, Korean Skin Care Retinol Moisturizer, Collagen Retinol Hyaluronic Acid Cream – – As many retinol creams I’ve tried, my face does NOT do well with retinol. However, I’ve used this and have had zero issues. The smell is basically fragrance free. It feels like it will be a layer of very moisturizing cream but it goes on and feels about medium lightness. It does not actually leave my skin feeling moisturized, ut it’s also not wet or sticky. It feels matte but not in a dry way. I’ve finiashed the container now (8/1/2024). I don’t see any changes in areas I would think might improve. I also do not love this product. I will not be ordering it again.

Its says its made in Korea. that is the reason i bought it but its distributor is in Wy I think its an American product made in Korea also it has maybe 100 ingredient’s, too lazy to use my magnifier and count. with all those ingredients you know its bad they do not even list all these in this website. Please save your money and use Ai to find something that might actually work. absolutely terrible no need for all these i ingredients and i am by far not an expert but some of these can even make your heath worse. Next time if they do not list ingredients i am Never buying and being ripped off again
