Barrier repair + heavy moisturization without irritation or acne
What a great moisturizer! I’m almost 40, my skin has gone from being super oily my entire life to recently being more dry and irritated and I do not know what to do with that. I was so worried this would be too heavy or cause me to break out because it is thick and heavy. In reality it just provides high level of moisture + barrier repair and leaves my skin happy, soothed, and glowing. If used in the daytime just know you’ll need to wait a bit longer before applying foundation as it takes longer to sink in. This bottle is huge so I feel it’s an excellent value for the money. I can easily see it lasting over a year of daily use on my face.

Very nice moisturizer. Not too heavy. Rich feeling. Have bought multiple times. Use right after showering. Not strong scented. Helps control ashy skin. If my hair is frizzy sometime run a small amount through my hair. Great stuff. Teenagers will steal it and love it. Great product. Worth the price. Absorbs quickly

If you read any review, it should be this one. Do not hesitate to buy this lotion, especially if you were on the fence about it like I was. La Roche-Posay Lipikar is now my go-to moisturizer for life.I have never been impressed with a skincare product or moisturizer like this before. I’ve probably tried just about every well known brand out there and spoiler alert: nothing compares. It’s the most silky, scentless, and sensitive skin friendly lotion I have ever used. I can’t believe it took me this long to try it and I regret hesitating to buy it for many years.When I first put it on I was immediately in awe of the texture. It’s extremely hydrating and feels luxurious on the skin. My face and body have quite literally never felt so soft. I was also very happy that the scent was quite nice for a scentless moisturizer.After using this product for a few months, my skin has never looked or felt better. You can see results pretty quickly, in my opinion. I have my fair share of health conditions, allergies, and skin sensitivities, so I’m very careful with choosing the products I buy. I have really dry itchy skin, and this moisturizer makes me forget that when it’s on my skin.This moisturizer has done a phenomenal job of protecting me from eczema breakouts, soothing my skin after being in the sun, and helping with extreme dryness and rough skin texture. It’s not entirely weightless feeling, but it’s very comfortable on. That’s what I like about it. Not greasy or too thick, but not thin at all. It’s hard to describe how perfect it is.I would also like to add that I love that this brand is environmentally conscious and cradle to cradle certified. That’s incredibly important to me as an environmentalist.La Roche-Posay has gained a customer for life because nothing truly compares. Best lotion ever, but pump is terrible
Favorite lotion ever for dry sensitive skin. No scent and moisturized very well. The pump is absolutely terrible though which is why I took off a star. Way too thick for the pump. Once you’re about half way through the bottle, you have to scrape the lotion out which wastes a lot of product. Needs a new pump or to be put in a tub

I’m on my 6th or 7th bottle of this lotion and the pump – bottle – lotion combination is not a good one.I’ve had to slice open each of the bottles with a box cutter and scoop out lotion bc the pumps don’t work to move the thick lotion through the pump. Once the product is out it’s so awesome. Hydrating, I stay feeling supple all day. I mix with a little bit of rose oil and love it so much. I will continue to buy this lotion bc the product is so good but for the love of everything improve the pump OR bottle. Thank you!

I’ve been using this cream for several months now, and it’s honestly one of the best moisturizers I’ve ever tried. I originally bought it to treat dryness on my hands and would apply it at night. The results were so good that I started using it on the rest of my body and I absolutely love it! The hydration it provides is on another level. It leaves my skin soft, nourished, and calm, especially in dry or irritated areas. La Roche Posay truly delivers with this product. Highly recommended!

Best body cream ever used. Dermatologist recommended it to teenage son (taking accutane for acne). I happen to use it when i ran out of my expensive brand name dermatologist body cream, and i have never gone back. I sometimes mix the AP+ with their regular body cream. And I believe using this cream over time (past 18months) has helped the condition of my skin greatly. Skin looks healthy clear less winkles and more elasticity (even though it doesn’t necessarily state these outcomes- it did for me.

Was pleasantly surprised by its smooth application and long-lasting effect. I now use it first thing in the morning before my sunblock; right after my shower for face and décolletage. Before bed, after a good application of my serum, I lock all in with it. Wonderful stuff that last many hours. Face look distinctively moisturised. Qualifying note – I live in the tropic.

Unser Baby hatte mit 4 Monaten zunehmende Schorfbildung auf dem Kopf und teilweise im Gesicht, dazu Juckreiz. Darum erhielten wir von unserer Kinderärztin Proben verschiedener Cremes zur Linderung. Wir haben uns dann für dieses Produkt entschieden, weil es nicht nur die Haut weich macht, sondern auch den Juckreiz lindert, sich gut verteilen lässt und wirklich schnell einzieht. Während der schlimmsten Phase unterstützen wir die Behandlung mit Öl zum Anlösen der Schuppen vor dem Baden, was gut funktionierte. Nach dem Baden, sowie morgens und abends wurde die Creme aufgetragen, und was soll ich sagen: Nach 2 Wochen war das Problem größtenteils beseitigt! Weil die Creme so sparsam dosiert werden kann und so schnell geholfen hat, haben wir jetzt noch jede Menge übrig für kleinere “Rückfälle”, aber auch ganz allgemein bei rissigen Hände im Winter, trockene Gesichtshaut oder rauhen Füßen kommt die Creme erfolgreich zum Einsatz. Super!
