I take this and their Iron with protein (I believe that is what it’s called) and my hair has stopped falling out after having a certain virus! It’s very effective. Side note: I eat sea salt almost strictly and don’t get enough iodine. The D was the bonus part for me, but also needed. This is definitely one of my go-to trusted brands!

It took me over a year to find a D3 …
It took me over a year to find a D3 that my body would absorb and this was it! My D levels were not dangerously low, but ‘low normal’ and I wanted to boost them. I probably tried 3 or 4 different D’s and none seemed to affect by vitamin D level, but LifeExtension D3 with Sea Iodine did! I have been taking it for several years now.
