Good product
Good supplement so far. I take the recommended dose of 3 per day. I’ve only been taking for about a month but I just started noticing that my skin is looking better especially my arms. They always look old and wrinkled because of my age but they really do look and feel better lately. They are capsules and and quite easy to swallow. I haven’t really noticed if my hair is thicker or longer but I bought them for skin. Good value.

So Effective For Better Skin!
This has turned out to be the best supplement for better skin that I’ve used. I saw a difference within a month of using these capsules, my skin cleared up and looked healthy. I added these to my daily routine with no problems as far as combining them with my daily vitamins. Since continuing these capsules I just like looking in the mirror a whole lot more! They go on sale quite often and that’s when I purchase the two packs for the best savings. I highly recommend these!

Not sure it works. Maybe. It works on some things.
I just finished my first bottle of capsules and I don’t know if it works or not. Months ago, I tried liquid collagen and saw some improvement but it was too expensive. I’m taking 3 capsules a day on an empty stomach and really hoped my joints (knees) would feel better but that hasn’t happened. People talk about improvements in hair growth and skin suppleness and fingernail strength but I’ve seen absolutely none of that. I’ll keep taking the capsules for another month and hope for better results.Now that I have used this product for several months, I have found that it really does work. My nails grew out and were so nice for about 2 weeks. Then they all broke off as if someone had cut them! My knees were not feeling cured by any means but they felt better than before so I tried only taking 2 pills a day instead of 3. Two days later, my left knee really hurt and it’s not been hurting before! Back to 3 a day and my left knee is happier. Since I don’t have a magic wand, I guess I’ll keep taking these capsules.

I love how this is helping with my joint pain. Can’t promise that it’ll help with everyones, of course. I will say if you struggle with bigger vitamins this might be an issue. They are kind of large in size, but for me I think the overall benefits are worth it.
