As i get older, I have began to notice feelings of bloating, fatigue and some sluggishness with my metabolism. My friends had suggested a liver and colon cleanse. So far, it’s been good and I have started to feel a little lighter and less bloated. No side effects or cramps. I have a very sensitive stomach and out of an abundance of caution, i started out with one capsule/day. Happy to say that I have had no upset stomach (which is typically the case when i take new supplements or medicine). I have since started taking the 3 capsules (as directed) and no issues. It’s a great supplement.
