To my surprise “it” actually worked!
I have a hard time falling asleep & have been using this for about three months. My girlfriend told me about & I have to admit I thought she was “nuts,” but tried it anyway so I could tell her I did. Well it worked! I put it on my feet with a clean pair of booties before I go to bed. Then after about ten minutes when it’s dried I take off the booties. It makes you relaxed.
