Effective. Helpful. Tastes OkayThis stuff is GREAT at helping prepare your body for sleep with a full dose and maybe reducing anxiety in the morning with a partial dose. I use it when I need to ensure I’m resting fully.Manic or Insomnia: I also shared it with a friend who was not sleeping because of a manic episode and it helped her sleep.Pets/dog: A very small amount also helped my friend’s dog survive 4th of July.

I REALLY like this product! I add a full dropper to a can of seltzer water (vodka soda was my go to…) in the evenings while settling in and watching a show. I fall asleep and stay asleep all night. I wake up most mornings w/o alarm and feel refreshed. I haven’t noticed any side effects. If you are curious – give it a try.

This really helps prepare you for sleep. I don’t like taking medication so I’ve tried melatonin, all the different PM pain killers, audiobooks, etc.I now sleep without too much effort and sleep soundly.The only negative is if you’re not careful, you’ll find yourself asleep on the couch!

Pretty good as a sleep aid
Pretty effective, my grandma has difficulty to sleep and this was a perfect solution for it, she’s even taking half the recommended dosage, so absolutely worth the investment.

I’ve been using this product for many months now probably on my 4th or 5th refil and I really like it BUT product quality has become increasingly concerning. Every single bottle has taste completely different the most recent order that I received yesterday taste rancid I can’t tell if it’s just because of natural ingredients and variation but I’m a little nervous to continue the use of this one I just received. Otherwise a great product and had improved my sleep tremendously

Didn’t use it long enough to know if/ how it worked as I went to use it one day and a big mold like glob was in the eyedropper… no thanks. I fear it is now creating its own mold colony to eat my brain… although I guess that’s one way to get stress relief, no brain, no stress (or you become a US politician) either way, not at all what I was expecting.
