I ordered this because I wanted it in a dark bottle as advertised l, however it came in a clear bottle which kinda gave me mixed feelings about it. I spray it on the soles of my feet before I go to bed so it does help you to stay asleep. As for the pain relief it does help a lil.

This smells great however I have not noticed any change in my leg cramps, sleep or jumpy legs since using it. Also, you have to leave your feet and legs out of the bed for a while so it can dry. It has created a weird film on my hardwood floor near where I have been spraying it. Not sure I would buy it again but it does smell lovely.
