Helped me rehabilitate / reduces pain
I have purchased quite a few of these jars now and have been satisfied with its benefits. I have tried a few other products but I like this one the best. I have been using it to ease pain I have had in my knee from damaged suffered from straight impact down into ground and overall joints instability pain. I have had this pain for a 3 years now and it has helped. I have gone to the doctors and done physical therapy that helped a little. Just as important – (maybe more) – I have been using this to loosen up my muscles before stretching my legs to help rehabilitate my knee and gain strength back in ligaments/tendons. I have slowly gained strength, stability and muscle back in my legs and knees. Both legs have tightened up after awhile of not practicing kickboxing, jujitsu & stretching – this product has helped me to loosen up muscles plus reducing amount of pain after stretching. I also use it on lower back for facet joint arthritis pain. Good product!
