I really love this product. This is my second time ordering it. I was very skeptical it would work. I have suffered from leg & foot cramps for over 35 years. When I could no longer get prescriptions for quinine from my doctor, I panicked. I feel like I’ve tried every otc product on the market, nothing worked. I’ve added extra magnesium to my diet & increased it to no avail. It did help me sleep better, but I would wake up so groggy it was difficult to walk because my foot would cramp so bad. I broke down and tried this, and it worked. I rub it on the areas were my legs cramp, and I can sleep all night, it last that long. Should I forget to put it on, I’m up in the middle of the night rubbing it on. Within 10-15 minutes my muscles starts to relax & relieves the pain so I can walk back back to bed. The lavender aroma is pleasant. This little jar last a long time, to me makes it a great value to me, cheaper than any prescription I ever had. It feels thin to put it on, but a little goes a long way. I will always have this at my bedside, I will use it every night.

Swear by it for Restless Legs
Great for RLS! I have a terrible time sleeping with my legs always wanting to move and this works like a dream, helps me fall right to sleep within 30 minutes rather than hours, and I sleep through the night! I highly recommend it, it’s like putting on any other lotion, with a slight medicinal smell, but this one relieves my aches and pains so I can get some rest. I have been buying this for over two years now and you won’t catch me without it!

Works well but wears off
I bought this cream to help with some RLS issues I’ve been having. A girl’s gotta sleep! The jar says there is a pain relief aid and a sleep aid, and they are certified homeopathic. It even has an NDC number. It smells amazing, like lavender. It is a lightweight clearish cream and I put it mostly on my lower legs. I’d have to say it works about 60% of the time. There’s an almost warm numbing sensation in the beginning. If you don’t go to sleep right away it tends to wear off, and you can only use it three times in 24 hours. Overall, I still think I will continue to buy more. 60% is better than nothing, after all!

Can’t tell if it works but smells ok
I like the smell. It does take a bit to dry so it’ll stick to your sheets and pajamas if you don’t give it a chance to dry before you actually go to bed. I cannot really tell if it works since I use it with the tablets but…at least the smell is good. I want to think it does but I use a lot of it at once so I would hope so.

Like other reviewers,I have had restless legs for years, but not every night and I also get restless arm’s.So hard to sleep and the pain meds. I have do not help then I decided to try this cream after reading great reviews and first night it started working almost immediatly ,the bonus is that it works for both arms and legs.I like that I can just lather it on and then I rub it in,I think that massaging it in helps too.It is not greasy at all.I immediately bought two more Jars.What a relief.
