I originally bought the kids gummies probiotics. They tasted really good and afterwards order the adult version since the price is the same. Both kids and adult have the same ingredients, everything is the same. The only difference is adult version is recommended to take 2. Honestly, 1 for adult is fine for me.I did see changes especially after I stopped taking them because they had finished. During the time I took them, I wasn’t bloated even during my menstrual cycle my bloating was far less than usual. I also used the bathroom more often than I regularly do. Definitely worth the buy. We (I) spend more on coffee a week than we will on these gummies.
