Never in my 69 years on this planet have I needed to file my fingernails down because they were getting TOO LONG!I started months ago with 1 Tbs each morning of the liquid Mary Ruth hair and nails product as my hairline in 2 spots seemed to be receding. After 3 months I did see some improvement, but they upped the price and I felt it wasn’t worth it. Then I found these gummies. After about another 3 months I felt they ere too expensive and tried the other Mary Ruth gummies with Biotin (red and white bottle), but quickly realized that, while less expensive, they were less powerful and effective.I also have taken Biotin supplements for over a year, with no noticeable change in hair and nails, but I continue to se it. Isn’t that the definition of insanity? Expect different results without changing anything? Hmmmm. Anyway, I’ve also tried Biotin shampoo (do not recommend for curly hair).My nails always snapped, split or otherwise self destructed. I alternate between no nail polish and sclera strengthening polish as I find polish diminishes the overall health of the nail – but it looks nice. My nails now are so strong, with or without polish, that I can’t bend them at all easily. I have to be careful making beds now, though, because even though not claw-like long (I prefer fairly short nails. Just long enough to make my short stubby fingers look more elegant) they can bend painfully if pushed too far. One did recently break, but instead of breaking raggedly to the bleeding point, I was left with a fairly smooth break that left about 1/8th of an inch of nail. It has grown back rapidly.I still do not feel the liquid product (which, BTW does not taste bad taken by spoonful rather than mixing) is worth $70. However, I have added pumpkin seed oil to my next subscribe and save order as I noticed it was one ingredient in the liquid that was not in the gummy (blue and white bottle). We’ll see if that enhances the product even more. Even with two products, it is still significantly less expensive than the liquid.Please take my words with a grain of salt as every body reacts differently. I can only say that I have not been paid nor influenced by anyone for this review. I just am so satisfied with the results that I felt it would be wrong not to share my story with anyone interested in the same results as myself. If you’ve read this far, my guess is that’s you. 🙂

Great vitamin!
After being 9 months on GPL1 injections my hair started to fall out in globs! My whole palm would be a full ball of hair after every shower, I literally lost half my hair! I work in dermatology & know more or less the normal daily hairloss, so I knew this wasn’t normal. Anywhoo, a friend told me about this vitamin so I decided to try the gummies because they were cheaper. I purchased this August 13th and let me tell you, I have seen a huge decrease in my hairloss the last 2-3 weeks! And today noticed all the baby hairs sticking up! This photo is actually after hairspraying some down! This vitamin works so far for me! I love it!

The product does work. I started seeing results after a month. There are small hair growing and I was pleased. It is a gummy texture, but more rough than soft. The taste is fine, did not have an issue with that. You must be consistent to see results.

Just ordered my 2nd month bottle! Started my healthy hair journey about 4 months ago and i wasnt seeing much change in my hair so i decided to add this in my routine last month and have noticed a difference not only do i have less breakage in my hair but also my nails have grown faster than normal. Very Surprised!
I was very skeptical about this product as I saw it on social media. I have suffered some minor hair loss due to weight reduction. I started taking these along with pumpkin seed oil and was amazed. After about 2 and 1/2 weeks, I noticed very little to almost no shedding of my hair after I washed it. After 4 weeks, my hair dresser asked me what I was doing different, because she noticed that I had so much new hair growth. I will definitely continue taking this supplement. I also want to say that these taste delicious!

3 Months Use Review
3 months in and noticing a huge difference in the perimenopausal hair loss I was experiencing as well as stronger nails. My wife has even noticed the hair line difference in my. Yay!!! I’m a massage therapist so I’m pretty aware of my nails and they grow faster and feel thicker, have more strength and feel more healthy in general.
