I have purchased these C vitamins several times, and they are always very high quality. However, be aware they are not coated and chalky tasting when chewed up. And can easily get stuck in your throat when swallowing, even with a large amount of liquid.

Takes care of my vitamin C deficiency, if I had one. I normally use these when I start to feel a cold coming on. I haven’t experienced any side effects from them. Taste like a vitamin, nothing really abnormal.
