As a OTR commercial driver this has helped me tremendously to improve my health goals. I try to only eat whole foods. I mainly eat vegan meals from sweetgreens through Uber Eats. My diet is very limited and I try to do 7,000 -9,000 steps a day. This shake has helped me by eating every other day. I take this in the morning with my supplements and I can go the entire day without any cravings or snacks. The shake is delicious and in my opinion tastes best mixed with Starbucks (Mocha). I noticed my mental clarity has improved, no eyesight soreness from my glasses anymore, and my bowel movements are stronger which helps me feel healthier. It is working great for me, give it a shot.

Flavor is plenty good. Mixes smooth and with ease. Following the recommended ratio (two scoops with 12oz of ice cold water) is excellent.Suppresses my appetite for about three hours, keeps me awake and alert but never jittery. No hot flashes when gulping it down on an empty stomach. Just finished my second bag and I’ve been drinking two a day. Often, my body starts to reject a shake after a week, but not this one.

Surprisingly good considering it has mushrooms in it! I love the fact that it has all clean ingredients and his MCAS friendly, particularly on those days where I can’t eat a whole lot. This is going to come in handy and it tastes pretty good. I do wish they had a vanilla flavor or other flavor options but the salted chocolate tastes pretty good and the nutrients can’t be beat as far as any other supplemental meals go this will be my go to. I don’t have a shaker bottle so I just used a water bottle with some cold water and shook it a few times it was a little gritty at first, but then it did dissolve pretty well.
