These iron supplements are literally amazing. I have horrible anemia, low ferritin, plenty of blood issues. These worked for me better than any prescription or infusion. No taste, no stomach pain like other iron supplements, and I felt a total shift in my energy in a couple days of consistent use with no other changes to my life. I am not the best at remembering to take pills and I definitely feel it when I have forgotten these for a couple days.

This has helped me through pregnancy and postpartum twice now (including hemorrhages). Zero constipation or stomach upset and effective in raising iron levels and supporting anemia. There is a taste (as expected with iron), but the pills go down easy with juice, milk, or protein shake.

Love these iron supplements! I am anemic and have been taking these for over 5 years now. They keep my iron levels within normal range. The minis are easy to swallow for me. I started with the regular size so I only had to take 1, but found them hard to swallow because I take 6 other medicines and 3 of them are the large size, so the minis made it easier to swallow.

Good Alternative to Higher Dose Iron Tablets
I will know better about the product when I get my lab results next July. In the meantime, the minis are smaller in size so easier to swallow. Even better, the don’t have megadoses of B12 and Folate.
