Great product
This is a great product. I’ve been taking it for about six months and love that it’s formulated for women my age. Besides the nutrients it has real food. It comes in a dark glass bottle for freshness. I am sometimes sensitive to supplements but this one gives me no side effects except feeling good that I’m taking care of myself.

Good amount of vitamins and minerals
Is a better vitamin than others I tried. It does need to be ground up or cut in little pieces. Get them down quick because they do taste bad. I grind mine and mix it with the liquid in my teeth. I poured down my peg tube.

Whole food, quality vitamin
I have a hard time finding vitamins that do not contain megadoses of B-12. This one is one of the few, and I can take it without an allergic reaction. I like that is made from whole food. I can take on an empty stomach and not have issues. I haven’t noticed a difference, but like most supplements, you usually do not notice until you stop taking the.

This vitamin seems to work better for me somehow. I don’t know what it is but I feel better about it working in my body. My health feels better daily. The pill is easy to swallow and I like that I can take it without other or any foods. Works for me!
