**UpdateMy 2021 bone scan was not as positive. I lost “insignificant” amounts of bone but it was enough for my t-scores to drop a bit. Not sure why I had such a good response the first time, perhaps I got lazy about augmenting with the K2. Will work on that and get back in two years.My naturpath recommended this when I said that I did not want the pills and injections that the mainstream doctors were urging me to take. My condition was quite severe osteoporosis. So for two years I took 2 pills a day. ( I also took K2 drops separately but would like it included in this product) This year’s dexi scan was the first time in 20 years that I did not have a bone loss, in fact I increased by 7% in my spine and 2% in my hips. I was shocked at that change. I still have osteoporosis but am now just on the border of osteopenia. I would also say that this form of calcium does not cause constipation as others do. Anxious to see what if positive changes happen over the next 2 years. Will report again.
