I’ve been using these patches for several years, and they’re hands down the best solution I’ve found for pimples.The trick that works best for me is I lightly scratch the surface of the pimple (I use a product called tinkle razor – I know, weird name, but useful) before applying the patch. Doing that helps the patch really get to the underlying gunk and pull it all out. The Mighty Patch has become a “must have” in my medicine cabinet. It is incredibly easy to apply, and has been very effective for me. They stay in for hours at a time.I have a cystic acne condition. When I get flare-ups, they are very deep and painful. Per recommendation of my dermatologist, I have started to put these patches on my flares. It helps bring them to a head and get quick relief from the pain!Also, this has been great in treating the occasional regular white head zit as well.I am a fan and will continue to buy this item in the future.

Effective
This is a super reliable product, it often gets the pimples off if I give it enough time (I usually leave it overnight). Sometimes it does take multiple tries. I’ve never had one fall off prematurely, and the size is generally pretty good for what I need. I just have some other brands I like better.

Best patch out there
One of the best patches out there. Nice and thick, they work so well and draw all the stuff out of your pimple. Easy to put on and easy to remove. They are a bit on the expensive side but they’re the thickest patches I’ve seen and they work the best. Variety of sizes available to fit your needs

I’ve tried plenty of acne spot treatments, but these patches are by far the most effective. I put one on at night and by morning it pulls out everything without irritating my skin or leaving it dry. They’re comfortable enough to sleep in and stay put even if you move around. I like that they’re clear and discreet, so I can wear them during the day if needed. They also help me stop touching spots, which makes healing faster. Great product to keep on hand for those surprise breakouts.

Best product yet, and easy to use
Where have they been all my acne-prone life! These are wonderful and work in two or three days. They are transparent on my light skin, but I only wear them at night. I don’t use any moisturizer in the area. A boon to teenagers with frequent breakouts, I’m in my 70’s.

Absolutely love these patches. My whiteheads completely came away and the skin was was not red and angry when you remove the patch. This works a treat on whiteheads but not so much on blind pimples. Will recommend and buy again
