I’m taking the Mt. Angel Vitamins Blood Sugar Support Supplement, and while I’m not sure if it’s directly lowering my blood sugar, I can say that it’s definitely easier on my stomach compared to other supplements I’ve tried.Specifically, I’ve noticed that I’m not getting the same level of burping as I do with cinnamon or turmeric pills – those can be pretty rough. These capsules seem to be more gentle, which is a plus. If you’re looking for a blood sugar support supplement that’s easier to digest, this might be worth considering. If you want to taste spices and condiments, continue to take individual supplements for cinnamon, tumeric and ACV.

Good blood sugar supplement.
I don’t take Glucose tests very often, so I’m not sure if this did anything for my blood sugar levels or not. I didn’t experience any noticeable benefits, but I also didn’t have any side effects during the month I was taking this. I assume it probably helped my sugar levels a bit. It does have a good blend of ingredients in it. I’ve tried all of the ingredients in this before in other supplements so nothing in it was new to me. The capsules were small and easy to swallow. It seems to be competitively priced with other supplements with similar ingredients.

Seems like a good quality supplement
As I do with all my supplement reviews, I opened up a capsule to taste it directly. It was strong and bitter, as it should be. I could clearly taste the berberine and magnesium.It’s a good combination of common herbs and nutrients that are known to effectively lower blood sugar. I’m a type 2 diabetic and regularly use a combination of supplements like this to help control it. My only peeve with this formulation is that it uses cassia cinnamon rather than the more expensive ceylon (true) cinnamon. In such small quantities, it probably really doesn’t matter much, but cassia has about 250 times more coumarin than ceylon, which can be harmful at higher doses.

Supplement vitamins for blood sugar support. Supplement contains pysllium husk, berberine, ceylon cinnamon and apple cider vinegar as well as many others. Claims to support healthy blood sugar. Bottle contains 60 capsules and recommends taking 2 capsules per day giving you a 30 day supply. Product label indicates it is from preservative free. containing no corn, soy, salt, yeast, gluten, milk, egg products, sugar, starch or preservatives. GMO-Free, none GMO. These are pretty small capsules, easy to take and swallow, leaving no after taste or effects. Product seems to be good quality and a decent value for the cost.

This supplement herb concoction is primarily for metabolisms that are insufficient on magnesium. That’s a good thing if you need it. The secondary contents per the bottle label probably do have an effect on glucose imbalance, which is what I got this for, based on the label marketing name “Blood Sugar,” which is a confusing expression if it is meant to help in keeping glucose down in lab test results.
