Dynamic Joint
I bought this due to damaged cartilage in my knee. At day number 5 is could notice lack of stiffness in my joints. Some of the pain standing and walking seem to be improved. Now at day 30 my stiffness in my joints have disappeared and can stand up and walk freely with no pain of stiffness. At 60+ years old this supplement is working as described for me. I just returned to working out at the gym to now begin the process of losing weight..

Wow, these work – relived my hip and knee pain
Im not a big believer in supplements, but thought Id give these a try. I had used Glucosamine a few times and found they did very little.I was going on a trip to Europe where I knew I would be walking a lot. Started taking these 1 week before my trip, and after about 5 days I noticed a difference. After 8 days I had virtually no pain in my knee and hip.I stopped taking them for two weeks and my pain returned. So, now I’m back taking 1 or 2 per day, which seems to minimize my pain.The only problem is these are quite expensive.

Careful -you might be allergic to this supplement.
I took this supplements several days and it caused a rash and extreme itching. I stopped taking the supplement n not experiencing the itching n I’m using something to treat my skin. There should be severe warnings. The supplement suggested u should see results in 2 weeks – I received the rash n itching in less than 2 weeks
