I have never been able to tolerate any calcium supplement in any form–always some unbearable side effects. No side effects after 2 1/2 years of use and with Rx Calcitonin Salmon, my bones have improved.

Needed to increase my calcium intake due to osteopenia. Pills kinda large and hard to swallow whole so I chew it up with some water which helps. Neutral flavor. Seems to be serving its purpose. Shipper was reliable.
