I’m 64 and my back used to tweek out a couple times a year where I needed emergency adjustment. Been taking this for about 5 or 6 years and haven’t had the morning back pain or a tweaked back since. Only thing is one needs 4 a day. At this price point I will never stop taking it. I also cut out all soy products.

Here’s the thing, I really want to believe that these work. They are of fantastic quality, with great ingredients (such as zinc, fenugreek extract, and boron citrate). However, if they actually did dramatically enhance testosterone they would be illegalized by the FDA (because that is what anabolics do). Despite this, I did find them to be very helpful; realistically it may have been a slight placebo effect.Zinc is rather necessary for anyone in fitness. It helps support recovery, and supplements the minerals lost through sweating when working out. It also helps with immunity support and blood flow.Fenugreek has been found to increase libido and help out with body composition when combined with a good strength training regiment. Some studies even show it to be a slight fat burner.I am probably not in this supplement’s target demographic (I am a 19 year old male with peak test levels). But, I do think it could be very helpful for those who need a little bit of help on their fitness journey. At the very least it will at least keep your zinc levels at the right place.Give it a try.

I haven’t found or read an official statement by MuscleTech on whether they changed the red and black dye capsules to clear. Or if both are legit.I bought my first pill bottle from Walmart and they were Red and Black. They worked great. Couple weeks after I bought them at Walmart I saw a deal on Amazon so I decided to stock up on an additional bottle.Well I wish I had opened them when I got them from Amazon but after I finished my first bottle, the bottle from Amazon were in clear capsules and sand like color powder. I drank them anyway. I didn’t notice a difference, they seem to work about the same as the red and black dye.Well then I ordered another bottle on Amazon before mine ran out. Well this time i opened them immediately and these were Red and Black capsules like the Walmart bottle. I decided to open the capsule and it had the same sand color and texture as the clear capsule ones. I was baffled.However, I started taking the red and black ones right away and felt same energy as the first bottle. I don’t know what to say but personally I think the red and black ones are legit. The clear ones worked for a while but I don’t know maybe it was because I was still on the booster level from the first bottle when I started the clear ones.If you get clear capsules. I would return them right away unless MT make a statement saying they are legit.TLDR: Red and Black Dye Capsules good, clear capsule bad.

The last several containers of this I’ve had, has been without dyes. Suddenly, now, I get a container with red 40. Google “NCBI red 40.” These are doctors pointing out all the damages caused by synthetic dyes. This is trash. While the product itself works, I’m not about to give myself literal cancer for it.*Update* Saw another user review pointing out boron toxicity from the unsafe levels (under 20mg/day safe, anything above (200mg/day this recommends) and did some research on that.”Doses over 20 mg daily might cause male fertility problems. Large doses can also cause poisoning. Signs of poisoning include irritability, tremors, weakness, headaches, diarrhea, vomiting, and other symptoms.”So while I was actually breaking these capsules open to swap them into non-cancer causing clear capsules, looks like I’m ditching them permanently.Just like an American company to make absolute toxic trash with no idea behind what they’re doing – boron is also known to do very little, if anything, for athleticism.”Taking boron by mouth doesn’t seem to improve body mass, muscle mass, or testosterone levels in male bodybuilders.”

Bought a Test booster for first time ever, I have been taking 3 capsules instead of 4 as advised. Have been vigorously strength training for past 6 months, one thing I can assure it is already providing all the normal effects of rising testosterone (better mood, a little more aggression, quicker/harder/longer erections). Will get my total testosterone tested after 1 month of taking these and would know if it’s actually useful (got this blood test done before starting these capsules). It’s in normal range already, let’s see if it goes up.
