Not sticky- works faster
I’m 35 weeks pregnant and have been lucky enough to only get some stretch marks on my breast and had old ones on my hips and thighs from weight gain . I started using five different products from palmers when finding out I was pregnant and still developed marks on my breast . I decided to try mustela after running out of my Palmer lotion and within 2 weeks I noticed my breast marks fading and my hip / thigh marks are almost completely gone ! It smells good but not much of a scent it just smells natural and has more of a water consistency which leaves you feeling a lot less sticky and more moisturized! I’d recommend this and use it in the future . Its price was a bit much but I definitely think it’s worth it since it actually seems to work for me !

Worth the money
I’ve heard that stretch marks can be genetically tied but I still used these cream during both of my pregnancies and would highly recommend. The quality is good and I’d like to think they helped deter stretch marks while I was pregnant. I actually buy this cream for any new mom.

This item with an oil is all I have used for my whole pregnancy and I have zero stretch marks with 3 weeks to go. I understand everyone’s different but my mama got stretch marks pretty bad and I have used this everyday day after the shower and believe it helped soooo much!!! and yes I have gained weight 120-167….. this stuff works well!!! The product is very good. Specially the oil. But the package came all messed up. The oil out of the box and the lotion all smashed. Luckily, it didn’t spill product inside the package.

It’s taken me until my second pregnancy with infrequent use of this product, as it’s not my go-to stretch mark cream, to realize it gives me horrible hives all over my skin. If you have even remotely sensitive skin I recommend skipping! It is so uncomfortable and has taken up to two weeks for my hives to fully subside. Especially because you cannot take many things while pregnant to ease symptoms.

From the experience, to better protect your skin, it is recommended to use skin moisturizer as soon as you find out the pregnancy to prepare it for what’s coming.The smell of the lotion is very pleasant and it hydrates skin so good.
