Works pretty well
I think this product works pretty well. I have been having trouble sleeping for as long as I can remember. My mind has a very difficult time shutting down for the night. I wanted to try something other than Benadryl. I used the chewable melatonin gummies which worked well, but unfortunately they are no longer available.This product is easy to take. It states to take it 20 minutes before alwwp, but I don’t think it kicks in for almost an hour. Foe the most part, I am able to fall into a more deep sleep. I still wake up for my typical bathroom break in the night, but the majority of times I am able to fall back asleep rather quickly. There are some off nights that I will still be awake for hours after waking, but that is less than usual. One big downfall is VERY crazy dreams! I could definitely do without those!

Maravilloso producto, lo volveré a comprar. Yo lo uso en la madrugada y me cuesta trabajo volver a dormir, parto 1 pastilla en 4 con ese poquito duermo 2 horas más. Nunca me he tomado una tableta completa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
