Works really well. What I like is that you can use during day as well as prior to bed.But after a while, like most products, a body adapts. So I have to go off it a couple of days to get a real great effect when I feel I need it. I recommend it though because no side effects!

For sleep not for anxiety!
It is fast acting don’t get me wrong. But it made me drowsy quick. It may not happen to you as I’ve read it seems to be a side effect to some people. But if you plan on taking this during the day to reduce anxiety it may not be helpful to have a dizzy and fatigue sensation. It is helpful though when going to sleep. So if you’re looking for a natural sleeping pill, this one may help you. But thats about it.
