They were good in taste. We could chew them up. I am happy we decided to try them. If you are considering trying them please do. You will not be disappointed.

It has sugar
My fault, not the manufacturers fault, for not checking ingredients more thoroughly. You’ll notice the first two ingredients are “glucose syrup (from corn)” and “sugar” and as you know the most highest concentrated ingredients are listed in order according to their amount. Additionally the vitamin B12 content is 1200% of the normal daily value. I can imagine these gummies would be best for athletes who need the extra energy but not for me. I did try one to check the flavor and it tastes okay, not as sugary sweet as I thought it would be. If the manufacturer can substitute their sugar content and bring B12 down to standard RDA then the stars will go up.
