I’m a soccer player in my mid thirties with a reconsctructed ACL which eventually led to knee osteoarthritis. Playing once a week, with a brace, makes my knee warm, painful and a bit swollen. I can’t play without the brace, the knee becomes too stiff.With these pills, I’ve been playing 2-4 times a week without any pain or swelling for over 6 months now. I haven’t tried without the brace yet.It takes 3-5 days to take effect. If I stop for more than 3 days, the knee will start heating up again after playing, with the pain coming back gradually.
