Filled with a lot of useful information gleaned from other sources. Concise and when looking at the products available it gives you insight into what to look for. Extract at 200/1 from Indonesia is best. The author does have his own high priced product SD-200 sold on Amazon and his own website. So book is self-serving but the information is exceptional. The price of the book is well worth it. I have used the information to stear clear of products that don’t live up to their perceived labeling.

This is a well researched book. The author is very passionate about this herb and you can tell. The only issue is this short book appears written by someone for whom English is not their main language.
