I only take echinacea tincture when I feel something coming on, and right now I feel just fine. I did open and smell and taste this, though, and it smells and tastes exactly the way I would expect echinacea to. I like the generous quantity this comes in. 4 oz is a good amount to have on-hand, as this is helpful to take frequently at the first sign of trouble brewing. 1 oz sizes are really only good for travel or for tinctures you only take rarely or in tiny amounts. The plastic bottle this comes in is the good kind-#2 HDPE plastic, and the dropper works nicely. The recommended dosage of all this company’s tinctures is 20-40 drops, 1-3 times daily, but when I’m getting sick I take 60 drops in water every hour or two.

what I like:- only added ingredient is water and vegetable glycerin which is low glycemic- product is vegan and gluten free, and contains no alcohol like some tinctures- easy to take (2ml or 40 drops, its easier/quicker to measure out the ML’s)- perfect to add to tea or even water or smoothies- has a sweet flavor (because of the vegetable glycerine)- good benefits, good for the immune systemcons:- product does not state if it is non-gmo, so that is a concern I have- would love it if product was organic
