A gamechanger for post-concussion brain fog
I don’t believe there is a magic pill for anything, but this is the closest thing to it that I’ve encountered. I suffered for months after a concussion, often feeling like I was on another planet due to brain fog. After two and half months of feeling out of it and frustrated as a result, I reached the “I’ll try anything” phase of recovery. I tried this supplement, and within a few days, I began feeling much clearer than I had previously. I won’t say it 100% fixed the problem—I still suffer from some post-concussion symptoms after just over three months. However, I’m feeling much more myself cognitively than I had for months post-injury with the help of magnesium l-threonate.

I like the chewables better
I have previously purchased this brand. The chewables are one tablet per day. I didn’t realize that these require you to take three a day. They work no bad taste, but not as many as many servings as expected
