My Physical Therapist Recommended!
I fractured my elbow a few months ago and I started to see a physical therapist while in recovery. My PT recommended this product because it creates a moist heat, which penetrates to the bone unlike dry heat like a traditional heating pad. Just microwave it for the recommended time (I think it’s only 2.5 minutes) and apply to area. It’s nice and large so it wrapped around my arm and then some. The heat lasts a long time and the weight feels soo nice when used on my shoulders or on my stomach for cramping. Its feels like a warm, comforting hug. I’m so thankful my PT recommended this!

A friend gave me one of these shoulder warmers years ago when I used it until it fell apart. I then started looking for a replacement and tried a few before I found this one. I put this in the microwave for two minutes almost every morning and then start my morning chores with it on my shoulders. I lift weights and run and work out quite a bit so between the weights and the planks I always have a few twinges, but I’m not really using this for big pain. However, if you just want something that is cozy, comfortable and would help neck or shoulder pain this thing is wonderful. My best friend also has one and loves it and my brother, who does have neck and back issues says it helps!

A great therapy for many things
I absolutely love these. I have ordered many – as extras for family members and gifts. The herb scents make for great relaxation, and I find it holds heat for an acceptable amount of time. I agree about the direct heat for migraines. If you need to just warm your shoulders to get the chill out, or use for stiff neck, headache, sore shoulder etc. if the beads drop its very easy to re arrange them with a little ingenuity. 🙂 My lower lumbar is the best for lower back pain. I recommend the set for that reason.

Excellent product great lavender aromatherapy.
I bought it for as gift for my sister. She was having health issues at the time & she said this warm wrap helped ease her pain. The best part for her was the lavender aroma. She said it helped her relax, it had a calming effect for her. She said the weight of the wrap also felt good to her but I thought it was a little heavy.

A great wrap!
This is a very durable, long-lasting herbal wrap with just the right amount of “beads”. I bought 2 more to replace the one I’ve used for more than a year. Just heat it for 3 minutes in the microwave and it holds good heat for 15 minutes or more. I use it to relax muscles in my legs, shoulders, arms and neck. It works great and because its not an electric heating pad I feel safe falling asleep with it knowing that it will “cool-off” over time. The cover is a soft cotton, I think. Highly recommended!!

Did not like!!
I didn’t realize the aroma would bother me. Also so many cuts and stitches in it. Not smooth and very uncomfortable. Can’t use but the one time I did, it does not stay hot even when heating for 4 minutes. My old one I heat for 2 1/2 minutes and can keep on me for at least an hour. This didn’t stay hot for 5 minutes and too heavy for me. I reordered another one from previous manufacturer that I love but a square instead on oblong but I know it will work for me. I didn’t save box or any info in it and I cut the tag off so didn’t even try to return it.
