BEST MAGNESIUM FOR CONSTIPATION EVER. This is THE ONLY brand, form, and dose to keep me going! I’ve taken it for over 5 years, EVERY DAY, religiously. 3-4 softgels every night before bed. May increase/decrease as needed. Has not interfered with any other meds or supplements for me. I’m so glad it’s available though Amazon!
