38 weeks and have been doing this vaginally every night. the smell is gagging to me. (pregnancy hormones lol). I poke a small hole in the capsule and insert as close to cervix as possible. It does leak out most of the time, but it’s not a big deal. The ingredients are super simple + natural, which I love in pregnancy! I was 50% effaced + 2cm dilated, used this for 4 days, and was 75% effaced + 3cm dilated! I did not take any orally, but they are gel caps, and based off the feeling of them, they should be easy to swallow. They are a larger size pill, so if you are planning to take it orally, be prepared for that. Quality is great. I feel like I sleep better after insertion, so that’s always a big plus!

I have been having some breast pain and tenderness, especially when it’s close to my time of the month and these capsules have been really helpful. I haven’t even been taking them everyday. It doesn’t have a smell or taste, not sure if when the capsules burst you will smell or taste it because I haven’t burst any open and I don’t plan to. I just don’t like the size even though it’s not difficult to swallow. Just wish it was smaller.
