Tasty way to get your daily allowance of zinc! Don’t take these on an empty stomach! I also read not to take magnesium and zinc at the same time or the magnesium will not be absorbed correctly. I like that these don’t contain any artificial sugars. If you’re diabetic beware that they do have sugar and glucose in them.
