I’m 48 and I’ve been taking these vitamins for over 3 years I’ve tried different ones and none of them work as well as these one do. I get better energy make me feel good. I’ve recommended them to friend and they have notice a BIG difference. I truly recommend these vitamins.

The item is good, but Amazon shipped it via USPS. so it sat in an extremely HOT mailbox which probably compromised the quality of the vitamins. This is not acceptable.

I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I’ve never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. So far so good almost a month using. Do change your urine color and shouldn’t take on empty stomach may cause you some nausea. (Could be just me) If you can’t swallow big pills then I’d go with another brand.
