I read that these drops were helpful for upper respiratory symptoms. I was having a doozy of a respiratory infection when I got this bottle. At first I was putting drops into water & drinking it. I then switched to placing the drops under my tongue. It seemed to work better this way. I was careful not to touch the dropper on any part of my mouth.I was surprised at how pleasant the drops were too. Kind of reminded me of a sweet berry juice.How’d it work? I had less coughing after taking the drops. I tend to get bronchitis for 6-12 weeks. (This May be the placebo effect) I was out of my self imposed quarantine by the 4th week.A friend returned from a trip coughing & complaining of having a bad chest cold.He purchased a bottle of this a the local health food store; used it and reported that his symptoms were less intense while taking it & he got better quickly too.The name of the product did make me want to watch the Monty Python movie where one of the knights yelled and taunted the soldier on the wall that his mother smelled of Elderberries!

I don’t have the best immune system.I had a the worst flue I’ve ever experienced for three weeweeks.I heard about elderberry and research can’t really explain why it works so well.All I know is:1. It’s great for the immune system.2. The cannabinoids hold on to sick, or threatening cells in the body.Anyway, I kept feeling something lingering from the flue and bought this item, didn’t really think it would work but as soon as I took it,, poof! The lingering from the flue was gone!If only I had it when through the three weeks of the flue.

I used these drops on my husband as soon as he started coming down with fever and coughing within 24 hours the fever was gone and and he was on the mend, it took a little while longer for the cough. The only other supplement he was taking with Sambucus was high dose vitamin C. I think it was a powerful combination. I wish more people would turn to amazing natural supplements like this one, it really doesn’t hurt to take it at a small maintenance dose during the ‘sick’ seasons even if you aren’t sick to help prevention. While he was sick I took a very small maintenance dose, carefully as I am pregnancy, and I did not catch his bug. Great stuff!

Really does work
My family & I have been using elderberry drops for a few years now & we will never be without them. They really do keep you healthy during cold & flu season & if you do have a cold or the flu it helps with your recovery & boosting your immune system. So far since using these drops my family doesn’t get sick as often. They are a bit pricey but I guess it’s cheaper than a visit to the doctor.

Love this product for allergies, however, they don’t keep them in stock and are very hard to find the drops. You can find the syrup but I’m not a fan, I mix the drops with water and it doesn’t have much of a flavor. I tried the syrup because I’m having trouble finding the availability of the drops and the syrup flavor is very off putting.
