I love this stuff, I’ve tried quite a few different sun creams and this is the one I’ve settled on for everyday use. I use other moisturizers first, this isn’t my only one I put on in the morning, and on a really sunny day I would use something with higher SPF, but for my typical day of being outside only sporadically during the hottest hours of the day (in SoCal), this stuff is fine. It also is a good moisturizer and applies easily and doesn’t stain my shirt collar and feels nice on my skin. For the price it is fantastic.

I trust Neutrogena, first of all, and have liked all their products to varying degrees for years. I generally don’t like wearing sunscreen, particularly on my face, because no matter what they say, it ends up feeling greasy. This product actually does not feel greasy at all, even though it goes on smoothly and evenly. I don’t hesitate to wear this on my face, ears, neck, décolletage, and even my shoulders and down my arms. It is that nice. I’m sold, completely. This is my sunscreen.

While I’m a huge fan of Neutrogena products overall, I got this with the added SPF (bc I wanted to keep my skin safe from UV rays and all the added nonsense that causes like premature wrinkles, etc)While I’ve noticed an improvement in my skins plumpness, I’m bothered by putting this on at night and having my retina burn!! To the point I have to trod downstairs to wet a paper towel and go back upstairs to throw it on my eye/ eyes to relieve the intense BURN! That is my only complaint about this product (however, as a little test-I’ve purchases the non SPF version to see if the burn is due to whatever ingredient is in the SPF 🤷🏻♀️) I’ll get that product soon and update this more positively IF it’s just the SPF portion that is bugging my eye. The SPF one is without any scent and is nicely moisturizing. I rub this in (just a very small amount bc it’s also STARK white and requires some deeper rubs to get it to blend in with my very white skin. Another thing I will compare to the non SPF version later this week) I immediately put my makeup on and there is no piling whatsoever. My only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that 1) I have to rub it in to get it to match my skin tone and blend it in, and 2) the burning of my eyes (both of which could be simply the ingredients for SPF) I will update ;)Really love the added Neutrogena face wash so much that I just purchased a full bottle of it!***Update*** I’ve since received my SPF free version and there was no eye stinging and the actual lotion is much more see through, not super opaque like the SPF one. (Left photo is without SPF agent, right is with SPF. You can see it just clearly looks like straight up sunscreen 😬) Houston, I think we found the issue! 📡 🎧 Haha!!SPF ingredients create a burning experience and a more opaque lotion that must be rubbed into the skin much, MUCH more to melt into the skin. Phew!! We can all rest easy now that we KNOW Neutrogena IS good stuff! 👍🏼

The sunscreen part performs well and The smell isn’t too strong for me. But it has a problem with pilling on my skin. My skin basically rejects the product when I try to apply it to my face. It just comes back up in little grey clumps, even if it’s the only product in my routine. Was nice to buy it once but won’t be buying it again.
