They really do sell it without a box or sealI was worried when mine arrived with no box or plastic seal, but then I went to Target and saw the exact same product sold the same way — just the bottle, no outer packaging. The product itself is authentic and works great, leaves the skin glowing and hydrated. Don’t panic if it comes without a box, that’s how Neutrogena distributes it now.

This is a Primer but Also a Serum!
I love this primer, which is also a serum! It scored high on the Yuka app, too. It’s great as a primer for makeup, and it’s great as a serum. You can’t go wrong on this product!

Light weight, leaves a fresh hydrated feeling, I use Neutrogena liquid blendable makeup after applying this serum. The serum keeps the makeup up from being absorbed into my pores/skin/scares leaving my face with a flawless, natural feel and glow.

Didn’t work for me
I have pretty dry skin and serum primers seem to work best for me under my makeup. This one just didn’t mix well with my makeup and didn’t really seem to help with hydrating my skin either. I really wanted to like it because the price isn’t bad. But after trying it under 2 different foundations and trying to switch up how I was doing my makeup, it just didn’t work out for me.
