Incredible…so thankful…so HEALTHY and STRONG
After 6 stress fractures, two broken arms, a fractured cheek bone…at age 33 I was told I had Osteopenia with a score of -2.4. The doctor could not believe the results so immediately re-tested getting a score of -2.2. He felt I was too young for prescription meds and recommended New Chapter Bone Strength. I was to be re-tested in two years, but due to a couple of moves, it was three years before my next scan. During those three years, I took Bone Strength religiously (but was only taking 2 daily because I misread the package). Apparently, that didn’t make a difference.At Christmas, I had a new bone dex scan…results…-0.5…normal…normal…normal!!!! For the first time in 10-years, I started running again…with no stress fractures.I am so thankful for this product…so grateful that my MD suggested this herbal/natural course for me.Really and truly…this has changed my life. I will take this product faithfully.UPDATE 2015: Still in the normal range taking two tablets. My mom started taking this sporadicly about 24-mos ago. At that time she was taking a prescription for her osteoporosis. After 6-mos she began taking the prescription and BoneStrength consistently. 12-mos ago, she stopped the prescription and only took BoneStrength (with Doctor approval). About a month ago she had a Bone Density scan. She was downgraded from osteoporosis to osteopenia. She continues to take BoneStrength as her only source for additional calcium.

I love this product and still using it after 4 1/2 years.
I had hip and back aches for a while that just never let up. I then found out that I had reduced bone density in my hips and back, and was diagnosed with mild osteoporosis. So I started looking for a good calcium supplement. After much research, I came across New Chapter Bone Strength Take Care, and liked the idea that all of the ingredients are natural with no fillers. So I decided to try it. I couldn’t believe the results. Within 2 days, the aches were very much less, and after 4 days, the aches were completely gone. I have been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks, and the aches have not returned.So if I like this product so much, why the 2 star rating?? I recently found out that New Chapter has sold out to Proctor and Gamble who is greatly associated with Monsanto. So now I question what the quality of this product will be once Proctor and Gamble starts manufacturing it. I have also been using the New Chapter Zyflamend Whole Body that has also been very effective for inflammation. Now I have to start my research all over to find a safe and effective product for bone strength.UPDATE: 11/05/15:I have since called New Chapter, and was assured that Procter and Gamble would not change a product that works and was selling. In the interim, I switched to a different high quality brand, and my pains came back. So I switched back to the New Chapter Bone Strength, and within a week, the pains are gone again. So I have updated the review to 5 stars, and I am sticking with this product. I really works for me!!UPDATE 06/06/18As of this point in time, I am still using this product for myself (71 -years-old), and my mother 98-years-old) for about 4 1/2 years. Prior to using this supplement I had pains in my sharp knees when going down stairs.I was also diagnosed with borderline osteoporosis. Since using this supplement, I have not had the any pains pains in my knees and my last physical showed that my diagnosis was osteopenia. I also started having problems with my finger joints locking in the morning when I woke up. I am assuming that this was being caused by arthritis. This problem has also been totally eliminated. This is one supplement that I wouldn’t want to be without.

Broken Ankle
I started taking these tablets after breaking my ankle !!! I have been taking them for 4 weeks now and they are very easy to swallow – which is a HUGE factor for me – I take them every morning with Slim Fast mixed with regular milk. (figured I’d get all the calcium I could). After 2 weeks I got my cast off, and after 4 weeks I was released !!!!! Whoop !!! The doctor said at the 4 week visit that he saw 30% bone growth, which he said is just what he could see on the X-RAY – he said it was probably more like 50% !!! I attribute that bone growth to these tablets !!! AND my nails have grown a bunch and are much stronger !!! (been fighting week nails after taking off the “fakies” about 2 years ago). All that being said, I’m going to continue to take these tablets and I HIGHLY recommend them !!!! X-RAYS don’t lie !!!! 🙂

New Chapter Bone Strength has Strontium!
Just trying New Chapter Bone Strength for the first time — and so far, I like it. I always look for a calcium supplement that has ‘strontium’ in it, and this one does. (Strontium is essential to calcium absorption, and many supplements don’t have it.) I like to switch-up vitamins so that my body doesn’t get use to one routine…or product. I’m now alternating between Garden of Life Raw Calcium and New Chapter Bone Strength. Both are non-GMO whole food based, so that the body recognizes it as food and digests/uses it fully. I believe New Chapter is a quality product, and that matters to me too; I use other products from this company.
