This Magnesium supplement has changed my skin, eyes, and hair. Packaging is a little concerning.
Seems like the products should have some kind of seal and something for humidity. Like the do not eat tabs or cotton ball at the top ,something. This is one of the better products that a get from New Chapter. That being said I have started looking for something that I feel is a little safer using. I have counted the pills and they are usually all there or there are even extras most often then not.
