I remember buying ashwagandha years ago as an early adult.. and breaking out. But as I have been in college I have been looking for supplements for anxiety or calming effects when giving speeches. This is because I love coffee and use zyn which both are stimulating. What I will say is there is a “decent” anxiety reduction. Also, this product seems superior to what I have taken before, no adverse reactions such as breaking out. Yes, it can lower cortisol, inversely increasing testosterone, therefore causing acne. Whether my case is from age or a better product, I have no clue. I am happy with the product no stomach irritation or uncommon side effects. Even with a mild Casein milk protein allergy I have no reaction to their allergy warning. I originally bought this product because it is one of the–if not the top ashwagandha supplement on the market, and i’m pleased.Ashwagandha (Anxiety Reduction): 6.5/10

As a carnivore, I sometimes get energetic at night, and I stay up late — working with the computer: I work on my creative writing, writing poetry, short stories, plays, quotations, aphorisms, parables, or anecdotes; or, I develop my non fiction writing.If I sleep by 11, I wake up at 3AM in this polyphasic sleep pattern, sleep 4 hours, write, sleep another 3 hours, before dawn. I have an overactive imagination. Less than 1% of the population has a brain like mine. I may have two brains. or three. Well, I knew I had unhealthy trouble with my Circadian Cycle. Now, for the first time, taking KSM-66 I’m able to get to sleep without racing thoughts; I’m calm. And I drift asleep much faster than taking L-Theanine, Gaba, Glycine, or melatonin. And I sleep longer, too, as an added benefit. Never knew Ashwagandha was so effective. I saw that I should cycle this every few days, since It can demotivate some people. Drinking a caffeine Tea like Jiagulan or Bergamot Tea in the morning helps a lot. Tea helps a lot to get me focused, since I enjoy being a productive, morning person as a computer geek. That’s my day job. I can end my Dracula existence, creature of the night, and now live out in the sun light, once again. Though I’m still a wolf man, you can feel my heartbeat, carnivore is in my blood line, the tell-tale heart is here, pacing faster, especially when I find myself howling like a Lunatic during the Full Moon, the slacked jaw open like an Apex predator, KSM-66 helps to restore my disposition, so I can now walk upright as a man, go about the day like a sensible Dr. Jekyll–no longer fearful of my alter-ego, this Night stalker, this beast within, this knuckle scraping fiend, this ghastly Mr. Hyde, this grotesque monster that I am, this madness which robs me of my precious back breaking sleep. Now, I can sleep–like a baby.

Like everything from depot, it’s quality but pricey for no reason
There’s no reason the standard KSM ashwagandha extract should cost this much in 2023. They literally have more extract then they know what to with atp. It’s way overpriced if you look online for just 5 minutes you can find a bulk supplier that’s going to save you a ton of money in the long run. I use ash every night as a way to lower my cortisol levels before bed. It works wonders just not worth the price tag from depot

I’ve been taking Ashwagandha root for a while however this is my first ksm 66 extract. I was concerned about the poor reviews however I saw that the Nootropics Depot guys are active in reddit and that gave me confidence to purchase from them.I am not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed the benefits of Ashwagandha from this company. It’s high quality and I definitely feel more chill, focus, calm, and clear. I also enjoy the extra clarity and energy before workouts. Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, etc, all felt very juicy taking this brand’s Ashwaghanda. I also feel more recovered taking Ashwagandha post and pre workouts.Commuting in public transportation can be stressful and usually in those situations, I would be anxious and stresssd out however with this stuff I feel very zen. I simply go through the crowd camly.Things don’t worry me as much and I’m more strategically easy going when I navigate through stressors.I do have a question though. When I ordered the 90 count Ashwagandha it had a tamper proof aluminum foil seal in addition to the outside shrink-wrap. My friend ordered two times of the 180 count pill and there was no tamper proof aluminum foil seal, just the outside shrink wrap. Is there a reason for this?Thank you for being active on reddit! Not a Testosterone booster
This should be taken for Anxiety. Do not think you are going to boost any testosterone with this! No such thing exists. Also it will tale about 2-4 weeks to notice a difference, anytime before that is a placebo effect.
