Perfect for kids
This is the only vitamin (even other gummy vitamins) that my 7 year-old will eat. He likes the cherry flavor so much that he even asks for them. I would recommend keeping them in a high storage place, though, because he’s been able to open the jars since he was 5.

I taste tested it and it’s probably a perfect fit for our kiddos but will try this first and then Shaklee. Oldest has chronic throwing up 2-3 months and part was because of potatoes and now her vitamin we used to give her…special!!!!!😩 so look forward to this helping her get more nutrients, but if it doesn’t sit well for her gut, with the problems that doctors won’t do anything about if little to no symptoms (says on the Mayo Clinic website), I’ll update the review at a later date. Her dad and Oma had sensitive stomachs, so most likely inherited. Potatoes I get, starch and toxic (kills chickens if you give it to them and pigs won’t eat potatoes, I learned and it explains how 1 of our young chickens died in the coop with plenty of food/water and was accepted by other hens (aka, not pecked to death)).

My daughter is 3 and she is not a big fan of the lingering taste of the vitamins, it’s an amazing product but a mismatch for my picky eater of a daughter!
