Nordic Naturals is hands-down the BEST omega oil producer around. Their products are expensive, but worth every penny. Very effective, easy to use, and the cod liver oil capsules do not taste like cod liver oil. Thank goodness! 🙂

Cod Liver Oil
I’m of Norwegian descent, and I believe there’s a law that all Scandinavians should take cod liver oil in one form or another. I’ve taken it all my life. My mother slipped it into our orange juice. Now I take the capsules that don’t taste like cod liver oil. A huge improvement! Not to be indelicate, but these keep me regular, among other things. Omega 3’s are supposed to be great for so many things, and, as far as I know, they are.

Nordic Naturals Pro Arctic Cod Liver Oil 180 soft gels
Have taken this product for a couple of years, but this time when I ordered I noticed they changed the name from Nordic Naturals Arctic Omega to Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver Oil. They appear to look the same, but I noticed the ingredients were different. I guess time will tell if this works the same as the original or is completely different.

Received this product a few days ago, and it displays ‘Arctic Omega’ instead of the ‘Cod Liver Oil’ I saw on its selling page. The descriptions on the back are also slightly different. ‘Arctic Omega’ seems more like a general term for fish oil, whereas ‘Cod Liver Oil’ is specifically named for its intended purpose, and they offer distinct health benefits.
