Life Saver!!! Got my metabolism working again
I suffer from severe bloating and food allergies that had all but stopped my metabolism dead (I am 34 yrs old). After a week and a half on Now brand Keto-7, I have de-bloated or deflated! I am going to the bathroom twice or three times as much, and feel younger and more energetic. I even feel a better mood and less cranky. I feel so much better, it’s as if a fog was lifted from my life. So far, I have gone down one dress size and my boyfriend is in SHOCK at how different I look. Not much weight loss so far, it’s more about significant inches lost so far, but I will update this one month from now to see how it’s going. I am so in love with this stuff! I also feel no depression, whereas before I was feeling crippling depression. I haven’t felt like this in ten years. I just gotta be grateful to my neighborhood health store worker who told me that Dr. Oz had recommended this. I was so skeptical, so I researched it for a week and decided that out of all of the things Dr. Oz had recommended, this would be the best because it’s stuff your body would naturally make. And it sure is working for me! I am now very interested in Relora and just ordered it too to combine the effects.I work so hard working-out a lot and eating 1500 or so calories a day and still kept gaining weight and looking more boxy and bloated every day. All my clothes were so tight; I had never been so heavy in my life. Suddenly, a week and a half after taking this, my stomach is down three inches already! All over, my body already looks so much better. My boyfriend has the hots for me and I’m just so relieved this bloating nightmare is over.I recommend eating lots of healthy food, mostly greens (70% of your plate should be greens or veggies), giving up ALL wheat 100% (wheat bloats!), and taking Keto 7 to see results as fast as mine. I am now only doing one hour of yoga and a 40 minute walk a couple of times a week, instead of 2-3 hours of brutal cardio and weights daily. Life is easier for me not having to do all that exercise that I hated and trading it for moderate or gentle exercise. I just ordered the same brand Relora supplements and can’t wait to try both together! Wish me luck!

Awesome, but follow directions
At first, I didn’t really notice a difference when I started taking these, of course, I was only taking 1 per day. When I started taking 2 per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, I started to really feel the effects. I usually run very cold, even in the summer, especially when I am dieting. After taking these, I felt hot…like really hot, all the time. I personally liked feeling warm for a change and it was nice to know that the 7-keto was actually working. When I take one in the morning, I notice less appetite throughout the day and I feel more energetic. I know there are some naysayers out there, but for people who are obese (like myself), this item will most likely work for you. Now, if you don’t like being sweaty and hot flashy all day, you probably want to steer clear of this supplement. I have noticed weight loss, but I take these supplements in combination with diet and exercise.

17-keto-DHEA is NOT “DHEA”, these are different molecules
In reading other comments, I see there is some confusion here. “DHEA” is a hormone that converts to testosterone, estrone, and other hormones. Also, DHEA >>irreversibly<< converts to 17-keto-DHEA, a different molecule. "17-keto-DHEA" is hormonally inactive, it does not convert to testosterone, etc., nor does it revert to DHEA. Some reviewers stated they were using 17-keto to increase their DHEA or testosterone levels - which actually is impossible using the 17-keto molecule. One of the advantages of this product, in some situations, is that it does not interact or affect the balance of most other hormones.17-keto-DHEA is definitely "thermogenic". By a complex electron transfer operation in the mitochondria of the cell, it causes energy from food to be released as heat energy. That is useful for people who tend to be cold/sluggish and is probably the main pathway by which it enhances weight loss. Some studies have also demonstrated that, by its action on certain enzymes, it may enhance fat metabolism and blocks excess cortisol; both of these effects would enhance weight loss or an increase in lean body mass.17-keto-DHEA also has a very moderate effect on the thyroid gland. It slightly increases T3 and, according to some studies, may also increase T4 and TSH (the pituitary stimulating hormone). These effects are moderate and reversible when the product is discontinued. But, you should be aware of this if you have a thyroid test while using 17-keto, as the results may be slightly skewed. But, again, this slight increase in thyroxine should promote a feeling of warmth as well as assist in weight loss.Information about 17-keto-DHEA can be found on Wikipedia, which has a brief article about it, and on "Google Scholar".I have been using this particular product ('Now', 7-keto-DHEA) for only a brief time so can't make a statement about it's weight loss effects yet. But I definitely notice an increase in body heat which I really appreciate since I am one of those people who suffers greatly from cold and am hypothyroid. Just based on the chemistry, I strongly think it is worth trying as part of a weight-loss program.
